The members of Dynamic Formation Association are constantly looking for new colleagues to support and develop the association’s projects.
If you are positive, creative, flexible, diplomatic and want to contribute to the development of a platform open to Romanians and other nationalities in Ireland are invited to send their CV together with the letter of intent to the email address: info@dynamic-formationassociation.com.
Also, those interested are asked to include in the application the answers to the following questions:

• In your opinion, which of your qualities/skills/competencies would add to the D.F.A. team? Detail

Volunteer roles are offered based on competence and enthusiasm in correlation with the organization’s objectives.
- All applications will be treated confidentially and non-discriminatorily.
- The recruitment process is continuous and addresses Romanians and other migrants resident in Ireland.
- The board members of the Dynamic Formation Association are committed to ensuring a fair, open, legal and transparent recruitment and selection process, regardless of the candidates’ culture, religion or political beliefs.
- Volunteer roles are offered based on competence and enthusiasm for the organization’s goals.
- Standard interviews are scheduled with all candidates who meet the selection criteria and are held by at least two committee members.
- All new members go through the necessary steps to familiarize themselves with the procedures and operation of the organization. At the end of the first 12 months, the members of the Committee will decide (by vote) on the possibility of enrolling the new member as a full member of the Committee.
- According to the operating statute of the organization, in case of conflict of interest, discriminatory, unethical or conflictual behaviour with the general objectives of the organization, the committee may decide by vote the continuity of that member / volunteer or the termination of collaboration.
About The Dynamic Formation Association
The Dynamic Formation Association is led by a steering committee consisting of at least 7 volunteer members (3 Directors, a secretary, a treasurer and 2 other members). According to the operating statute of the organization, these members have full rights to decide on the management functions, mode of operation and activities of the organization. They are announced annually at the General Assembly of the organization (AGM). The committee meets monthly to plan and carry out the activities proposed at the AGM.
Note: All members of the organization voluntarily give their time, available resources and ideas to the NGO. According to volunteer status, there is no financial reward for those involved.
