Project Title:
“Enhancing equal opportunities for adult learners from Romania in Ireland and Germany.”
Dynamic Formation Association is actively pursuing partnerships in EU projects with organisations
and groups that pursue the same goals and share the same values.

The Goal:
To build up its capacity as a newly established association based in Ireland to promote the roles of Romanian migrants in the Irish community and other EU countries.
The project also aims to promote equal opportunities in providing adult learning and further training for the Romanians who come to Ireland and Germany.

Ambassador The Romanian Ambassador to Ireland
Laurențiu-Mihai ȘTEFAN was accredited as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Romania by decree of President Klaus Iohannis on July 21, 2021.
Laurenţiu-Mihai Ştefan is a specialist in political sciences, analyst, and researcher of Romanian political life, with diplomatic experience gained during his term as presidential adviser (2015-2021) and as a specialist in political issues within the US Embassy in Bucharest (2004-2015).

The Dynamic Formation Association collaborates with numerous organizations and departments of public institutions in Ireland:
• Embassy of Romania in Ireland;
• Ministry of Foreign Affairs – Department of Romanians Abroad;
• Limerick County Council.
The Dynamic Formation Association has participated in numerous meetings of immigrant organizations in Ireland.
D.F.A has also been represented at many academic conferences on migration, diversity, and integration.
The Dynamic Formation Association has representatives in the Limerick P.P.N (Public,Participation Network) and migrant integration forums attached to local councils:
• LCC – Migrant Forum;
• SLCC – Migrant Integration Forum.
